Refund Policy

Our refund policy has been updated to reflect the following terms: If you decide to cancel your order, there will be no processing fee. However, please note that any cancellation or modification must be made within 24 months from the time of purchase. Refund requests can be accommodated prior to your samples being received by the laboratory. Once the samples are received by the laboratory, no refunds will be issued, and testing will proceed as scheduled. In extenuating circumstances, please contact Paw Print Genetics during normal business hours to discuss cancellation and credit options.

We value our customers' satisfaction above all else. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring your experience with us is positive.

**Please note that shipping will not be refunded or credited once kits have been shipped.

Unused Discounts

We occasionally run promotional discounts, which are available to the public may be found on our website. Check with your club before ordering to find out if they participate in any member-exclusive discounts with Paw Print Genetics.

Refunds will not be issued for a promotional discount that was not applied to an order. Within 48 hours of placing your order, you may request a credit based on a promotional discount that can be used towards future testing. Credits are not available for orders placed more than 48 hours prior to requesting a modification to an order. Please allow up to three (3) business days for your credit to be processed. Your credit will be provided in the form of a coupon code that can be applied towards a future order. You will receive an email with the coupon code. Note that only one coupon may be applied per order. Credits will be valid for 6 months after the date of issue and are nontransferable.
