If you decide to cancel your order, there is a $25.00 processing fee for each dog included in the purchase price of your order. This fee is nonrefundable once we have shipped kits for your order. If you choose to provide your own kits, this fee is nonrefundable once we receive your samples in our laboratory. In the event that you must cancel or modify your order, the remaining balance may be refunded prior to your samples being received by the laboratory, as long as the refund request is within 90 days of the order being placed or if after 90 days, an in-house credit may be issued. Once the samples are received by the laboratory, no refunds will be issued and testing will proceed. In extenuating circumstances, such as the loss of a dog, you may discuss your cancellation by contacting Paw Print Genetics during normal business hours.
