Phoebie is a very sweet, quite even tempered, affectionate, self-assured, obedient hound dog who is aloof with strangers. She would gladly be a daily avid hiker and waterfall-seeker in Capital Forrest, but settles for hanging out with her family sunning herself by the vegetable garden in the warm summer weather. She is a fun dog who brings constant joy to our family.
