Keeping You Informed: USPS

At Paw Print Genetics, we understand how important quick results are for you. That is why we work to provide you with a fast turnaround time of 14 days or less with accurate results. For various reasons, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has had to shut down numerous processing plants and has removed several sorting facilities nationwide. Due to these circumstances, we have seen an increase in delays for shipping time when sending kits to you, as we ship our complementary kits exclusively via USPS. In addition, we have seen delays receiving your samples back to our laboratory and the ability to track shipments seems to be impaired. Quality is in the heart of what we do, and that is why we wanted to inform you of these delays if you are getting ready to send your samples back to our laboratory or waiting for your swab kit to arrive.

Unfortunately, these issues impacting the USPS are out of our control. However, we are here to help make your experience as pleasant as possible and are working hard to get your accurate results completed for you. If you are in a hurry to get your samples to us and to help ensure receiving your results in a timely manner, we recommend shipping your samples to us using either Express or Priority Shipping through USPS or use a different courier such as UPS or FedEx. In addition, you can provide your own swabs rather than waiting for one of our complementary kits to arrive. To find additional information about providing your own swabs, see our sample collection and submission instructions here. If you use UPS or FedEx, please be sure to send your samples directly to our street address: Paw Print Genetics, 220 E Rowan suite 220, Spokane WA 99207.

If you have any questions at all about this, please reach out to us at AskUs@pawprintgenetics.com. We appreciate your understanding and patience through these unprecedented times.
